Menangani keluhan pelanggan
Berkordinasi dengan team lead/ PM dalam pencarian Engineer untuk menyediakan solusi atau pertanyaan yang disampaikan melalui helpdesk ticketing
Memastikan engineer tuntas dalam menyediakan solusi atau pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh customer.
Training penggunaan timesheet di dalam tools project management (SFDC) kepada engineer baru.
Memberikan laporan ticketing heldesk dalam tools project management (SFDC)
Berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada customer
Memastikan jadwal maintenance sesuai dengan kontrak yang berjalan
Memastikan proses maintenance berjalan dengan baik dan merespon keluhan customer selama proses maintenance berjalan
Menjaga SLA agar tetap pada standard yang sudah ditentukan dan memastikan terselesaikan dan ditutup saat masalah selesai diperbaiki.
Pendidikan mínimal D3
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang helpdesk ticketing / IT Service Desk
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan inisiatif yang kuat dan sikap pemecah masalah (problem solver)
Terbiasa melakukan koordinasi, eskalasi, analisa Incident, Problem dan Change Management
