Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and responding effectively and quickly to requests/complaints received through the HR OSS Counter
Primary point of contact for One Stop Services communication and clarity between HR to staff
Explain to the staff regarding benefits, leave, payroll, medical leave, or any other HR policies and procedures
Helping staff to get employee stuff (ID Card, Medical Card, etc)
Provide support or assistance for incoming problems and issues related to HR issues
Quickly Escalate HR Tickets/problems to the HR Back Offices team when the problem cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk
Tracking solution feedback from HR Back office and immediately sharing solutions to related staff.
Record use cases and create a documentation library based on the problem specification
Reporting the HR OSS Daily, weekly and Monthly including measurement of ticket durations

**Key Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma 3
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Able to learn Quickly
Preferable Experiences in Helpdesk
Minimum 1 Years Experiences in Helpdesk or Customer Services
Active and Initiative
