- Ensure the quality of resolution for all queries / requests received via calls and / or service request tool. Log and discuss employee feedback with supervisor in order to improve services experience and ensure high level of customer (employee) satisfaction
- Ensures the accuracy of the support / resolution provided by reviewing the support / resolution before it delivered
- Knowing how to measures the performance as individual
- Proactively improve proficiency and productivity and drives consistent work quality
- Ensures that Helpdesk practice is always aligned to the mission / vision
- Performs additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development

**Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor Degree in any field
- Have a good communication skill
- at least 1 year of experience as Helpdesk
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
