  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the industrial and logistics sectors.
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key clients, including large-scale industrial users, logistics providers, and real estate brokers.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.Lead negotiations for lease agreements, property acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and project timelines.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and provide actionable insights to senior management.Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development within the logistics/3 PL, industrial park or logistic real estate sector.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.Deep understanding of warehouse facility development and network of industrial warehouse users / tenants.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
