Sales & Business Development Manager

**What you will do**:
- Identify, prospect and close deals within an aggressive timeframe.
- Build long-term relationships with all business partners.
- Escalate and provide solutions to business partner queries as required.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Head and as a liaison between the Country Head and stakeholders to ensure a consistent communication, involvement and timely decision making.
- Participate with the Country Head and senior managements in strategic planning, policy development and decision making.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective operations and overall team operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in an Information Technology or related discipline or an equivalent professional qualification.
- More than 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably managing international software or enterprise solution sales. Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
