**Job Summary**:
The scope of the Business Development Manager involves maximizing sales by closing business deals on an ongoing basis. This includes meeting a department or company’s booking objectives as well as negotiating with existing large customer accounts for contract renewals. The incumbent is expected to maintaining contracts, other documents and performing tasks as needed to always ensure customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for profits and losses, sales and relevant promotional activities, budgeting and general after sales marketing.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Sales growth across markets**
- Market research & study
- Define the sales strategy in agreement with your Manager
- Define and closely monitor sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and root causes from deviations in sales performance
- Identify, develop, and explore new segments for new growth.

Develop strong partnerships and key accounts
- Build strong relationships with key customers in all relevant industry segments
- To be the key contact point for all existing customers and partners.
- To ensure continuity of optimization subscription contracts
- To access and pick up new leads from customers
- Collaborate closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional delivery

**Requirements / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years of proven sales / business development experience
- Experience in semi-conductor industry preferred
- Proven track record to drive sales or/and develop new markets/customers
- Good communication skills - English
- Self-driven with high level of initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface at all levels of the organisation
