DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Act as the primary point of contact for couriers, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting courier satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve courier engagement and retention
- Monitor and analyze courier feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Plan and execute events and initiatives to engage and reward our couriers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in courier engagement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
