- Ensuring the implementation of HR policies, workflow, and system is able to meet business needs.
- Socializing HR Guidance (policies, regulations, strategic planning, HR Point of View) to Operations Team
- Coordinating with HRBP, Crisis, Risk, and Integrity, in solving fraud, industrial relations issues and conflicts
- Working together with HRBP Operations to propose action plans for improvement related to workplace and culture
- Create Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with stakeholders, and ensuring that training in Shopee Xpress are running well and able to meet business needs
- Propose project initiatives, coordinating and ensuring that implementation of HR Project in Shopee Xpress is running successfully
- Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling for HRBP Project and Learning & Development
- Monitoring and Evaluating HRBP Project and Learning & Development
- Creating initiatives to improve learning & engagement culture
- End-to-End Training Planning and Execution
- Monitoring Whistle Blower issue (in related with Ethic and Integrity) and ensuring every case solve with proper documents, liaise with HRBP
- Coordination with HRBP Admin & Province Lead in monitoring daily attendance for NEK in Hub
- Responsible on Pulse Check, follow up action plan to all Team Leads, DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) socialization and follow up with stakeholder
- Handling all related Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in Shopee Xpress

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering will be preferable.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Organizational Development, HRBP / HR generalist area.
- Energetic, mobile, and fast learner.
- Good interpersonal, strong in leadership and communication skills.
