**Policies and Procedures**: Serve as the PIC of the policies and procedures for the overall HR HR Operations: Oversees the HR operations, that include HRIS, Expatriate Documentation, HR Reports, HR Services, Documentation Regulations: Serve as the PIC of the Regulations related to HR by reviewing, analyzing and discuss the concerns and findings within the team for further actions. Liaise with the Legal & Compliance team or any related departments as necessary. HR Projects/Ad hoc duties: As assigned to lead and/or participate and support Human Resources projects/ad hoc duties. Collaborate with other departments to obtain input / feedback concerning challenges, improvements, process, etc. related to Human Resources to support the company objectives.
