**Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies**: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
- **Conduct Salary Surveys**: Analyze market trends and salary data to ensure competitive positioning and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
- **Administer Benefit Programs**: Oversee and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- **Manage Compensation Analytics**: Perform data analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaborate with other HC members** : Work closely with HC members and other departments to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and support employee relations and performance management.

**Job Qualification**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related HR field.
- **Knowledge of Regulations**: Strong understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment laws, including labor regulations and compliance.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and experience with compensation software and HRIS systems to interpret and present compensation data effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation and benefits concepts to employees and management.

**Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)**

**Pay: Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 8,400,000 per month**
