This position will be responsible for maintaining the overall Compensation & Benefits administration of the company. This will also manage corporate insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, and maintain the day to day HRIS process.

Responsibilities:

- Handling the administration such as employee database, maintain absences, update annual leave, employee transfer data, and maintain HRIS data
- Conducting recap of employees who have registered with BPJS Kesehatan / BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and those who have not registered
- Handling administration of Corporate Insurance and verifying medical reimbursement and the others.
- Communicating with all employees to provide updated information about employee benefits.

Requirements:

- Proven work experienced in a Compensation & Benefit area with 6 - 12 months of minimum.
- Hand on experience with Insurance, BPJS and HRIS (esp Talenta from mekari).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer literate, communication skill, interpersonal skill, ability to keep records and files organized
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
