**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years' experience in a payroll, preferably from the HR Consulting or Payroll Outsourcing Industry
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis
- Relevant experience working for a Global Organization, with a Multicultural Environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in Country Legislation
- An Inquisitive Solutions-based thinker with great attention to detail

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 7 years (required)
- HR Consulting / Payroll Outsourcing: 3 years (preferred)
- Business Analysis: 5 years (preferred)
- Global Multicultural Organization: 3 years (preferred)
- Country Legislation: 5 years (preferred)
