Develops human resource transfer solutions and plans, tracks the implementation of solutions and plans, and ensures that human resource transfer is completed within the specified time in the contract.(Management)
Formulates and implements the Human Resources policy (personnel selection, recruitment, resignation, salary, benefits, performance appraisal etc.) that is consistent with the project requirements.(Management)
Organizes the teams to complete the Human Resource Planning.(Management)
Manages Employee Relationship and handle complaints.(Management)
Calculates and allocates employee benefits and remuneration.(Management)
Ensures the compliance of the whole Human Resource Management (HRM).(Management)
