The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Conduct analysis & optimization on whole Shopee Xpress operation
- Develop recommendation and implement initiatives
- Align with related stakeholder to ensure smoothness of implementation
- Conduct control / monitor Shopee Xpress key metrics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Economics / Business
- Has 1-3 years experience, Logistic or Cost Optimization function experience is a plus
- Placement located in **Jakarta
