DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Collect user needs and align on specifications such as: request type, unit quantity, expected handover date, required ETA / ETD, SLA and vehicle / unit flow
- Mapping vendor availability to request from user (supply and demand) and acquire approval from management
- Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders whenever any issue arise between vendor / user
- Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders regarding monthly vendor performance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Master's in Business Administration holder will be an advantage
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or e-commerce background
- Familiar and experience in developing as well as maintaining the logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
- Proven ability to manage large and complex projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams, driving results
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Xpress HQ)
