The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Oversee Onboarding training
- Conduct regular refreshment operation training
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from any major
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in handling end-to-end training process
- Prior experience in Learning & Development at Express/Courier company
- Familiar with implementing and managing Third-party Logistics (3PL) in all levels
- Strong communication skill and collaborative
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
- This position is only applicable for six months of contract-based employment
