DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Responsible for Fleet Safety Management and Driver Behavior Monitoring
- Perform daily fleet inspection and road accident investigation and reporting
- In charge for defensive driving training and safety riding for Shopee Xpress' riders and drivers
- Conduct Daily Safety Briefing for all drivers
- Monitor driver qualification and selection process
- Do Safety Journey Management (Route Assessment)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma degree in Health Safety Environment (HSE) or Transport Management
- 1 year experience as Health Safe Environment (HSE) in Logistics Company (Preferably Trucking Company)
- Have a DDT & train of trainers certificate, and B driving licence
- Safety officer or inspector license is required
- Expert with Ms. Office or G-suite, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet formula, and Google slide
- Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
- Willing to be placed in Pontianak / Lampung and work under a contract based position
