Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and expansion in the cluster through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and partners
  • Lead the development and execution of business plans and tactics to achieve sales growth targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement sales plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities
