About Our Client

A well-established merchant services technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Create and execute effective sales and marketing plans to maximise sales potential in target markets.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Closing complex sales deals and effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities, expand into new markets and channels, and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, margins, and profit goals.

The Successful Candidate

  • MBA degree from a prestigious institution in International Business, Management, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 11-15 years of sales experience, including 10 years in Banking, Fintech, or Payment industries, and 5 years as a Sales Director.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
