We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive to join our growing team at PT Benberg Arome Indonesia. As a key player in our Corporate Sales division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving growth through innovative sales strategies, and achieving daily sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum education background of a Bachelor's Degree from any major and at least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record in direct selling. Proficiency in English is a must, and Mandarin is considered a plus.

A key focus area for the Strategic Sales Executive will be to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for regularly traveling for business purposes, developing customer databases for new customers, and increasing company sales.
