At Kobus Smart Service, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Associate to join our team.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with clients and personnel to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to create networks and negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities:- Monitor the performance of outsourcing employees and address fraud cases when necessary.
- Conduct anti-fraud training programs periodically based on company regulations or SOPs.
- Collaborate with other parties to source candidates and perform the selection process.
- Handle employee administration and legality processes with local authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar functions.
- Experience from a leasing company is highly desirable.
