AVP-Business Development

Job Summary:

The AVP-Business Development is a critical role that requires a high level of business acumen, technical expertise, and communication skills. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling proposals to customers that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with pre-sales experts to develop sales strategies and tactics that drive business results.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers to secure business wins and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience in a related industry, such as solution services or consulting.

Skills:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
