Tugas Utama:

  • Menyusun strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis dan memperluas basis pelanggan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan utama agar kebutuhan mereka dipenuhi dan melebihi ekspektasi.
  • Mengidentifikasi kesempatan bisnis baru dan mengembangkan rencana untuk mengejar mereka.
  • Kolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyampaikan solusi yang hasilnya tepat.

Kriteria Seleksi:

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang penjualan atau pengembangan usaha, lebih baik jika di industri FMCG.
  • Riwayat sukses dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis dan memperluas basis pelanggan.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, serta kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan dan stakeholder.
  • Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, terutama PowerPoint, Excel, dan Word.
