Enterprise Business Development Manager

FancyTech is seeking an experienced Senior Account Strategist to join our team and drive business development with large enterprise clients in the retail, hospitality, real estate, and financial sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing long-term relationships with our largest clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential key accounts in industries including retail, hospitality, real estate, and financial services.
- Develop and implement account strategies, including conducting market research, identifying pain points, and creating customized proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Lead complex sales cycles, managing all stages from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in key account management or enterprise sales, preferably within the retail, hospitality, real estate, or financial services industries.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications across various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
