As a key member of our Strategic Partnership Function, you'll play a critical role in driving the adoption of our Embedded Banking Product, helping us achieve our ambitious goal of 100 Go Live partners by 2025.

With a strong background in partnership management and business development, you'll lead the sales cycle from identification to go live, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Strategic Partnership Function team lead. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth, and aligning our Embedded Banking Product with the evolving needs of our partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic partnerships: You will leverage your expertise in partnership management to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, aligning our Embedded Banking Product with the evolving needs of our partners.
  2. Build and maintain partner relationships: You will foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners, navigating complex negotiations and collaborations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: You will proactively identify potential partners, engaging with them to discuss the value proposition of our Embedded Banking Product.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or banking service companies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors.
