About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in achieving our 2025 objective of 100 Go Live partners for the Embedded Banking Product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales cycle from identification to go live, working closely with the Strategic Partnership Function team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, prospect, and initiate relationships with potential partners across various industries, including fintech, logistics, e-commerce, OTA, healthcare, and retail.
  2. Partner Ecosystem Mapping: Understand how our company fits within a broader partner ecosystem and strategically position our product to drive growth.
  3. Outreach & Pitching: Build relationships with potential partners, clearly communicating the value of our embedded banking services and how they can enhance their customer experience or business model.
  4. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure potential partners meet regulatory, security, and operational standards in the highly regulated financial services space.
  5. Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including contract negotiation, legal agreements, and alignment on shared goals, compliance requirements, and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in SaaS or banking service companies.
  • Strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
  • Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors.
