**Tanggung Jawab Utama**:

- **Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Jaringan Retail**:

- Mengidentifikasi peluang kerjasama dengan berbagai jaringan retail modern, seperti apotek, supermarket, mínimarket, dan toko kesehatan.
- Menghubungi dan membangun relasi dengan key account manager atau buyer di modern market untuk menawarkan produk perusahaan.
- **Negosiasi dan Penawaran Produk**:

- Melakukan negosiasi terkait harga, margin, promo, listing fee, dan syarat kerjasama lainnya.
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan proposal penawaran yang menarik serta profesional kepada calon mitra.
- **Pengelolaan Proses Listing Produk**:

- Mengurus dokumen dan persyaratan administrasi yang diperlukan untuk listing produk di jaringan retail modern.
- Memastikan semua produk perusahaan memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh mitra retail.
- **Monitoring dan Evaluasi Kinerja**:

- Memantau penjualan produk di masing-masing retail dan memberikan laporan berkala kepada manajemen.
- Mengajukan program promosi atau strategi pemasaran tambahan berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja.
- **Koordinasi Internal**:

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok dan pengiriman produk tepat waktu.
- Bekerjasama dengan tim pemasaran untuk merancang dan menjalankan program promosi di jaringan retail.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pendidikan mínimal SMA/SMK, lebih disukai jika memiliki latar belakang D3/S1 di bidang pemasaran atau bisnis.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi mínimal motor dan SIM C aktif.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, memiliki keterampilan negosiasi, dan dapat membangun relasi yang baik dengan mitra retail.
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang serupa (modern market, retail, key account, atau sales).
- Bersedia bekerja **full time** dan melakukan perjalanan dinas ke berbagai wilayah sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Berorientasi pada target, memiliki motivasi tinggi, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
