We are a retail and distributor company of a Parisian eyewear brand and an Italian design bottle brand. We would like to invite you to represent us at our newest retail experience located in Jakarta as Business Development Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**

The business Development Executive will be the company's key representative in driving business growth with existing B2B retail partners and wholesale business units.

**Business Growth**
- Collaborating with management on design sales revenue.
- Developing and implementing sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, semester and yearly sales objectives.
- Develop and execute business development for key brands with existing B2B retail partners to strengthen the relationship and sales objective.
- Understand and execute the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Develop a financial strategy and oversee the implementation to achieve the wholesale business objective.
- Conduct competitive analysis and tailor presentations, promotions, and other sales execution functions accordingly.
- Develop compelling value proposition, sales and ROI messaging with other related sales and marketing team.
- Provide accurate reporting mechanisms for all Business Development programs.

**Client Relations**
- Developing and maintaining B2B sales channels. Establish ongoing coordination and communication with key retailers to coordinate sales calls and retail promotions.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Be an ambassador for the company at meetings and networking events. Connect with existing clients as well as retain new clients.
- Ensuring excellent customer service with regular client follow-up.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs, reviewing feedback and implementing necessary changes as well as offering solutions.

**New Business Opportunities**
- Identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing markets. Researching prospective new clients, partners, and organizations.
- Be an ambassador for the company at meetings and networking events.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Crafting business proposals for new projects and clients
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to new and existing clients
- Translate and prepare business proposals for business contact drafts
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
- At least two years of experience in fashion retail sales, consumer marketing, or working related to a similar industry is a plus point.
- Experience in managing budgets and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong interpersonal, effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management, negotiation, and decision-making skills

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail Industry: 2 years (preferred)
