Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (Retail) to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Build and strengthen our brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including online campaigns, social media, and website optimization to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and opportunities for business growth. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives that support sales growth. Lead the development of promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to generate revenue.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market planning, market research, and developing marketing strategies with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong skills in public relations, brand development, and marketing management.
- A successful track record of driving sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in both offline and online marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer brand marketing trends and the retail sector.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of driving innovation.
