3. Jaringan & Membangun HubunganKeterampilan interpersonal yang kuat untuk membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien B2B, seperti perusahaan, penyelenggara acara, dan institusi.Kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan jaringan pribadi atau database yang ada untuk menghasilkan prospek berkualitas.Terampil dalam mewakili perusahaan di acara networking, pameran wisata, dan pertemuan industri.
4. Keterampilan KomunikasiKemampuan verbal dan tulisan yang baik untuk mempresentasikan layanan secara efektif kepada calon klien.Terampil dalam membuat presentasi, proposal, dan materi promosi profesional.Mampu menyampaikan ide-ide kompleks dengan cara yang sederhana dan meyakinkan.
5. Perencanaan Strategis & Penetapan TargetPengalaman dalam mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana strategis untuk pertumbuhan bisnis.Kemampuan untuk menetapkan target penjualan yang realistis dan langkah-langkah untuk mencapainya.Fokus pada pertumbuhan jangka panjang sambil memberikan hasil jangka pendek.
7. Kreativitas & Pemecahan MasalahPola pikir inovatif untuk merancang solusi unik untuk program retret korporat, acara team-building, atau pengalaman perjalanan yang disesuaikan.Kemampuan untuk mengantisipasi keberatan klien dan proaktif mengatasi kekhawatiran mereka.
8. Manajemen Waktu & OrganisasiKemampuan untuk memprioritaskan tugas dan mengelola banyak akun klien secara bersamaan.Pendekatan yang berorientasi pada detail untuk memastikan dokumentasi dan tindak lanjut yang akurat.
9. Pengetahuan IndustriPemahaman tentang industri perjalanan dan perhotelan, termasuk tren, regulasi, dan ekspektasi pelanggan.Pengalaman menangani klien korporat atau proyek MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) adalah nilai tambah.
