This role is focusing to analyze trends, conduct market research projects (surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, etc.) and data analysis. They need to organize the results into an understanding of consumers' perspective and use it to support route development, other product development, and marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile key trends, competitor activity, consumer perspective, threats and opportunities in both domestic and international market based on continuous monitoring of the external market
- Manage qualitative research to generate insights necessary in response to business issues and to support go-to-market strategies
- Carry out consumer journey mapping to support business plan in line with target audience needs and expectations
- Identify ideal methodology approach on data collection process, provide holistic insights by filling information gaps from both primary and secondary research, organize the results into actionable items, communicate them via presentations and written reports
- Working closely with Business Intelligence team and other related team on the development of any needed sales collateral and brand positioning tools including, but not limited to presentations, media kit sheets, sell sheets, competitive overviews

3+ years experiences in market research or consumer insight field Ability to get to the core of business issues (strategic thinker) and look to multiple sources to come up with viable solutions Deep and practical understanding of strategic frameworks, analytical tools and market insight methodologies Great storyteller, able to see through large and varied information sources and deliver clear, compelling messages (communication and presentation skills) Ability to use insights to challenge the business to constantly improve our service delivery to consumers Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio Hands on experience with Microsoft Excels / Google Sheets Able to work in a fast paced environment Good oral and written skills in English
