- Vacancy description- Handling consumer and shopper research projects of all Frisian Flag Indonesia’s portfolio in order to provide insights to marketing/sales business challenges.
- Prepare Marketing Research Plan & Budget in line with marketing plan of each respective Brand Team to fulfill the consumer and shopper research needs. Also strive the usage and methodology for best value for money.
- Manage day-to-day market research activities from brief to reporting:

- Assess the marketing information needs based on discussion with and/or brief from respective Brand Team in order to have a clear research brief
- Select among available research agencies for particular research/information needs to ensure that only the best, efficient and most suitable agency is appointed
- Study the proposal of research agency and clarify the relevant costing in order to finalize internal proposal for marketing services head’s approval
- Monitor and control the overall quality of research agencies and the whole research process to achieve the research objectives, including reliable results as well as agreed timetable
- Check and monitor the quality of regular tracking reports covering Retail Audit, Home Panel and Brand Health Tracking.
- Prepare Summary of all Market Research reports and all Product Performance Test results and work closely with Brand Team and R&D for the next Action Points.
- Prepare Quarterly Brand Health Dashboard for Action Points by Brand Team
- Prepare regular project review and agencies evaluation for each research project
