We are looking for a **LinkedIn Outbond Sales Specialist** interested in building performant networking

What You Will Do:

- Filtering contacts using sales navigator within out target market
- Connecting with 100 people a week (max on Linkedin week)
- Working across 2 senior exec accounts
- Inbox messaging
- Follow-up once the connection is made, est 25 per week
- Look for opportunities to automate in the future
- Work with the director to suggest edits to the strategy, we have a rule, if you find a problem, you must propose a solution
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- Filtering contacts using sales navigator within out target market
- Good spelling
- Proficient use of Linkedin
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Able to communicate in English actively
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM - 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
