We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for POP (Plating on Plastics) and DBM (Decorative Based Metals Coating) processes.

As the Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our innovative products and solutions to customers in industries such as automotive, electronics, and consumer goods. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing technical guidance, solving complex challenges, and ensuring the successful implementation of POP and DBM processes tailored to their needs.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base for POP and DBM products.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  4. Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, ensuring the effective implementation of POP/DBM processes.
  5. Conduct product trials, troubleshooting, and process optimization at customer sites.
  6. Act as a liaison between customers and the technical/R&D teams to address specific requirements and challenges.
  7. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and production, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  9. Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  11. Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
  12. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  13. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Male or Female, aged between 30-45 years old.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related role in the plating industry, with a focus on POP and DBM processes.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of POP/DBM plating processes, materials, and applications.
  5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
