Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their requirements
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our SaaS products
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
