About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring successful customer engagements and driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of Telecommunications BSS technology, particularly in the area of FTTH billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Prepare technical proposals and documentation, including system architecture diagrams and cost estimations
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Telecommunications BSS technology

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunications BSS technology, including Billing, CRM, and PCRF
  • Proven experience with FTTH billing systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Database, or Application development
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of solution architecture in related specializations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
