About the Role

The Piping Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team on product knowledge and presentation to client sites, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team on product knowledge and presentation to client sites.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with oil and gas companies, contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, explaining product details, materials, and how our piping systems meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of selling experience in piping systems, mechanical engineering, or technical sales, preferably within the Oil and Gas (Petroleum Industry) or its EPC contractor.
  • Proficiency in piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO) and materials utilized in industrial applications.
  • Understanding of Petroleum Industry process cycle.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively explain technical concepts and close sales agreements.
  • Experience in client relationship management, demonstrating ability to establish and maintain long-term business partnerships.
  • Analytical skills for market research and sales strategy development.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.
