Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Department: Product
Working Arrangement: On-site

Information about the role:

Handle the end-to-end onboarding process from the deal signed until live as soon as possible and ensure the client is happy during the onboarding process. Support sales team for getting deal & tender / RFP / TOR by doing demo, helping technical questions, and preparing proposal & flow based on client needs.

Key Responsibility
  • Support sales efforts including bid management, RFP responses, preparation of technical proposals, solution documents, diagrams, product presentations, and coordination for pricing proposals.
  • Assist the sales team in technically qualifying prospects.
  • Act as the primary contact with prospects to understand business requirements, conduct workshops, analyze needs, and define functional requirements.
  • Identify and present appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Help clients integrate with the system and ensure they fully understand the product's capabilities, including features and integration.
  • Ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding process.
  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding process from deal signing to go live as quickly as possible.
  • Deliver training and socialization sessions to clients regarding project implementation.
  • Manage complex projects (On-Premise, On-Cloud, SaaS) including creating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct testing and UAT during project implementation.
  • Identify client demands, resolve core issues, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation, such as BRDs and SOPs, is created and reviewed to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to prevent miscommunication and misinterpretation.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss, create, and review testing programs related to projects.
  • Build analysis and presentations to assist BOD in decision-making.
  • Coordinate well with internal parties to avoid any miscommunication and misinterpretation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with min GPA 3.35
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa is a must
  • Having PMP certification is a point-plus
  • Have effective communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and willing to explore possibilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to understand, determine, and articulate requirements to achieve goals.
  • Passion for the role & energy to outserve.
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translate these into actionable business activity
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst / Solution Architect / Presales for software solution/software house with strong experience in bid management and RFP responses.
  • Having experience handling on-premise software tenders is a must.
