Position: Key Account Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have min. 2 years of experience as a Key Account Management (required in a distribution-based from FMCG or Beauty Industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Have a pleasant personality, excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, good planning, high sense of responsibility, and result-oriented
- Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure successful implementation of Modern Trade Channel strategies and periodic measurement of their performance.
- Monitor and report on key account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Fully involved in negotiation with all Buyers Modern Trade Key Account.
