Indosat, a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia, seeks an experienced professional to join its team as an AVP-Business Development. This role involves driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Business Initiatives: Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree can be advantageous.
- Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
- Specialized knowledge in specific industries or sectors.
Experience:
- Work experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Solution Services or from reputable consulting services in Technology.
- Work experience within vertical industries as an employee for at least 8 years.
Skills:
- BD Skill set (65% Business, 35% Technical)
- Broad relationships with private sectors, SOEs, and government
- Updated technology trends, especially in TechCo
- Experienced in project delivery
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Able to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders
