We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Conducting thorough analysis of customer requirements and developing customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Providing technical training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to implement and maintain our solutions.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities by staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, electronics, or communication.
- A minimum of X years of experience in program design, project pre-sales support, or project management, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
