**Job Details:**

Hiring Resource Solutions is seeking an Account Management Executive to manage and grow our existing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account management strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.
  2. Collaborate with sales and distribution channels to enhance business growth.
  3. Maintain accurate records of trade account receivables to ensure timely payments.
  4. Conduct market research and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
  5. Coordinate local scientific conferences and trade exhibitions with regional and global support.
  6. Support pre/after sales presentations, training, and marketing initiatives as needed.
  7. Stay informed about company products and communicate this knowledge to customers.
  8. Assist the Area Manager of S.E. Asia with sales forecasting and analysis.
  9. Submit regular sales and business activity reports and travel/training plans to the Country Manager.
  10. Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
