We are a leading provider of human resource services with a strong presence in over 16 countries, dedicated to helping businesses expand and succeed globally. Our team in Indonesia is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and forge new partnerships in the Asia Pacific region.
About the RoleThis strategic role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development and a passion for global business solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- National and International Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our market presence and generate new leads.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the human resource services or related industry.
