About the Role

This strategic role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development and a passion for global business solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • National and International Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our market presence and generate new leads.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the human resource services or related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
