Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales Development to lead our sales efforts in the Energy and Regional Account segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through account planning and industrial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand customer relationships and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define clear problem statements based on customer pain points and needs
  • Design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements, utilizing technical knowledge and industry expertise
  • Present solutions to customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract signing and booking
  • Participate in steering committee meetings to align delivery and plan with business objectives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree can be advantageous. You should also have certifications in project management and business analysis, as well as specialized knowledge in specific industries or sectors.

Experience:

You will have work experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Solution Services or from reputable consulting services in Technology. Additionally, you should have worked within vertical industries as an employee for at least 8 years.

Skills:

  • Business Development skills with a strong understanding of business and technical aspects (65% business, 35% technical)
  • Broad relationships with private sectors, SOE, and Government
  • Updated technology trends, especially in TechCo
  • Experience in project delivery and multitasking
  • Able to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders
