As a Business Development Lead, you will drive business growth within our Indonesian operations. Quick wits, problem solving and a team first mentality will be critical to your success. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on your market through the growth and optimization of the driver population on the Lalamove platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships.
- Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers.
- Sales standards: identify, build, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.
- Performance: Lead and develop a high caliber sales team that is driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives.
- High-profile sales clients: Develop new and existing relationships with high-potential clients who are widely known to have delivery needs in the market.
