Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Own a private vehicle and hold an active driver's license (SIM A).
- Willingness to travel for business trips out of town.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Property Manager, Insurance
- Agent Leader, Mortgage Sales Specialist, or in other fields of multilevel marketing.
- Critical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Job Description**:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Formulate comprehensive plans for team development to enhance skills and performance through training, coaching, and other methods.
- Actively forge partnerships and nurture positive relationships with external stakeholders, etc.
