Job Overview

Cermati is seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Lead to join our team. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Jabodetabek area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in accordance with the area.
  • Build strong relationships with key account holders and promote Cermati's products and services.
  • Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
