  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, suppliers, partners, and regulators.
  • Foster a positive company culture that promotes innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, marketing, logistics, or business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a plus).
