We are currently recruiting for Office Manager to join our Corporate Team in our Jakarta office. This has around 110 staff working across a range of professional services.

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who loves to learn and share knowledge - someone who can bring a fresh perspective to ensure the development of the people around them and who constantly seeks better practice for the overall quality of our work and our client experience.
Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects with the team.
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Oversee and manage the office services function
- Ensure the office functionality is both professional and efficient
- This role can be responsible for the management and oversight of administrative functions including travel, reception/front of house, mail and couriers, facilities maintenance, meetings and catering, archiving and business license documentations
- Manage service contracts with external subcons, suppliers and providers
- Lead the office services team to provide professional services at all time
- Display a commitment to providing a professional service to both internal and external clients
- Supporting the Country HSE Manager to assist with the coordination and maintenance of Corporate OHS activities
- Work co-operatively and collaboratively willingly accepting share of workload and helping others when required
- Mentor and coach junior peers and delegate appropriately
- Business License (SBU) compilation.
- Assist in the compilation and renewal of company Business Entity Certificate (Sertifikat Badan Usaha, SBU).
- Assist in the compilation and renewal of company manpower planning for foreign employees. Also assist in foreign employees gaining work permits.
**Pre-Requisites**
In this role, the following pre-requisites are required:
- Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- At least 6 to 10 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years in leadership role
- Broad knowledge and experience in foreign employee permit, manpower planning compilation, company legal document permit and renewal (SBU).
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
- Excellent delegation which sees you enlist the help of others to meet objectives and stakeholder management skills
- Able to interact and work with colleagues and strong interpersonal skills
