Corporate Affairs Officer

**Develop and Implement Corporate Communication Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to enhance the company's image and manage relationships both internal & external.
- **Manage Public Relations and Media Relations**: Act as the primary contact for media relations, and handle public relations campaigns to promote the company's achievements and address any issues.
- **Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs**: Design and manage CSR initiatives that align with the company’s values and business objectives, ensuring positive community engagement and impact.
- **Coordinate Internal Communication**: Facilitate effective communication within the company by preparing internal news updates, organizing corporate events, and ensuring that employees are informed about company developments and policies.
- **Managing & Initiating corporate quality & improvement system through QCC (Quality Control Circle) program** : Carry a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization..
**Job Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field: A relevant educational background to ensure a solid understanding of communication strategies and public relations.
- Proven Experience in Corporate Affairs or Public Relations: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful communication and media management.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent ability to craft compelling messages, prepare reports, and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management Abilities: Proven skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
**Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)**
**Pay: Rp8.000.000,00 - Rp 10.000.000,00 per month
